Frequently Asked Questions - Group Outings

When can I schedule a group outing?
We schedule daytime outings (10:00am-12noon) or nighttime outings (7:00-9:00pm or 7:30-9:30pm) October through December.

What if I don't have enough people for the minimum requirement?
You may still book your outing even if you don't have the minimum requirement, but you will be charged a minimum charge. There is a minimum charge for groups of 24 or less for daytime outings. There is a minimum charge for groups of 49 or less for nighttime outings. 

Can I pay for the group outing with a credit card?
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards for group outings at this time.

Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $50 deposit check is required to hold your date. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards for the deposit. 

Is there a fee if I cancel?
If you cancel your outing within 2 weeks of your reserved date, you will not receive your deposit back. There is no fee if we have to cancel or reschedule your outing due to weather.

Can I bring my own food or drinks on a group outing?
Yes. Daytime outings usually bring a lunch or a snack to eat under the pavilion. Nighttime outings usually bring hot dogs or s'mores to roast over the campfires.

Can I bring alcohol?
Sorry, there is no alcohol allowed on the property.

Can I bring paint, arts and crafts, streamers, or table decorations?
To prevent litter, please do not bring paint, markers, or decorations. We take great pride in keeping our Christmas tree fields clean and free of harmful debris!

Can I bring a coffee urn or crock pot?
Sorry, we do not allow you to bring electric appliances to the pavilions. Most people bring their hot drinks in a cooler or insulated dispenser.
