FAQ

Christmas Season

Can I buy Christmas Trees in bulk?

We are a choose-and-cut farm and we do not wholesale or sell Christmas trees in bulk.

What size is your shortest/tallest tree?

For our pine and cypress trees that you cut yourself, our minimum height requirement is 6ft (please note that the minimum height requirement is subject to change at any time, especially later in the season - we always recommend calling us at 281-370-9141 before visiting to double check). Our tallest tree in our fields is typically around 12-13ft, but this can vary year to year.

If you are interested in a pre-cut fir or spruce tree, they range from 6ft-12ft.

Do you sell live potted trees or trees that can be replanted?

We do not sell potted trees or trees with roots attached.

Do I need to bring my own saw?

A hand saw and a measuring stick will be provided for cutting your own Christmas tree. For safety reasons, no power saws are allowed in.

Do you offer tree flocking?

This year (2022) will be our last year to offer tree flocking! Tree flocking costs $15 per foot in addition to the cost of your tree. Flocking payment is due at the time of tree purchase. Flocking services may take up to 5 days or more to complete. Tree may not be picked up until it is completely dry. Weather conditions must be dry on the day of pickup.

Do you offer tree delivery?

Our company does not offer delivery, but a few of our employees make deliveries after hours. Their delivery cost depends on the size of the tree and where you are located. Please ask the cashier for assistance while you are here choosing your tree and we will let you know if anyone is available to make your delivery and give you a quote!

Do you install tree stands on site?

We are unable to install tree stands on site (including tree stands purchased from us). This is because we recommend that everyone make a fresh cut on their tree upon arriving home, no matter how far you live from us. See our tree care page for more info. We do not offer tree drilling.

Can I book a private group outing for my school, church, or organization after hours?

Yes! We begin booking private group outings each year in May, so our calendar fills up quickly by the Fall, but please visit the group outings page to view more details and request a reservation.

I am a professional photographer. Can I bring clients to the farm?

Professional or amateur photographers must make an appointment before bringing clients to the farm. Visit the photographers page for more details.

I am not a professional photographer. Is there a fee for taking pictures of my own family with my own camera?

There is no fee to bring in your own camera to take photos of your own family. Since entry is free during Christmas season, we kindly ask that you make a purchase during your visit to support our small business and our vendors! We offer a train ride, slide, bounce house, photos with Santa, food, drinks, handmade crafts, and more on Saturdays, Sundays, and Thanksgiving Friday. View Our Hours

Are pets allowed?

Well behaved, leashed pets are always welcome! Complimentary doggie bags will be provided at the entrance.

Is the farm handicap accessible?

Yes! We have handicap parking available as well as a handicap porta-can restroom near the entrance. Our farm is mostly flat grassy area with paved roads throughout.

Do you offer photos with Santa?

Yes! Santa is here Saturdays, Sundays, and Thanksgiving Friday during Christmas Season from 10am-5pm. View our calendar here. Santa photos are $9 per customer camera and santa photo tickets can be purchased at the cashier or ticket booth.

Can I bring a picnic lunch, cooler, or cake in to the farm during business hours?

Sorry, no outside food or drink is allowed inside. We have vendors on site that serve food and drink on Saturdays, Sundays, and Thanksgiving Friday.

Do you offer birthday parties?

Sorry, but we do not offer birthday parties at this time.
