  • A minimum charge will apply. Please view the Daytime Outing Info or Nighttime Outing Info for more on this.

  • No deposit is required, however, we require a credit card on file to secure your reservation. We accept cash, check, or credit card at the cashier on the night of your event. You can view full payment terms and our cancellation policies here: Daytime Outing Info | Nighttime Outing Info

  • Cancellation by the client for any reason 2 weeks or less prior to the event will result in the credit card on file being charged the minimum charge. In the case of inclement weather, your reservation may have to be rescheduled by the venue (if an opening is available). Final decisions for rescheduling due to inclement weather will be made by the venue about 24 hours prior to the event.

  • We accept cash, check, or card for group outings. Please have one total payment ready for the cashier on the day of your event. We do not accept payments from each individual guest.

  • Yes! Daytime private groups usually pack a lunch or snack to eat under the pavilion. Nighttime private groups typically bring hot dogs and s’mores to roast over the campfires. Alcohol is not permitted. No food or drink will be provided by the venue.

  • Your group will receive a hayride from the front parking area to the covered pavilion at the beginning of your outing and another ride back at the end. The hayride is not continuous, so we encourage everyone to arrive and depart at the same time. Guests who arrive late or leave early may be required to travel back to the parking lot on foot.

  • To prevent litter, please do not bring paint, markers, or decorations. We take great pride in keeping our farm clean and free of litter year round!

  • Sorry, we do not allow electric appliances. We suggest bringing hot drinks in a cooler or insulated dispenser.
