Photographers

 

How much is the photographer fee?

The photographer fee for professional and amateur photographers is $75 per family that you bring into the farm.
A “family” is defined as any group of one or more persons participating in the same photoshoot.
An "amateur" photographer is defined as one who shoots photos with the intent of delivering them to a client or friend/family member, whether for profit or not.

Payments are only accepted upon arrival on the day of your appointment. We accept card or cash only.


Can I bring a client in on a Saturday or Sunday?

Sorry, but we do not allow photographer appointments on Saturdays or Sundays. Please visit the Make an Appointment page to view the current available appointment dates.


Will I have access to both the Pumpkins and Christmas Trees during an october appointment?

Yes! If you choose an October appointment date, you will have access to the both the pumpkin patch and the Christmas tree fields. They are just a short walk from the entrance. We ask that you do not travel past the signs marked “no pedestrians past this point”. No pumpkins will be available after the month of October.


Can I bring props?

You may bring in props that are small enough to carry in from the parking lot. Sorry, but we do not allow you to drive onto the property to drop off props.


Can I do mini sessions?

You may bring in as many clients as you would like in your three hour time frame. Just let the cashier know how many families you will be bringing in upon your arrival. The fee is $75 per family that you bring in.


Do you offer an earlier date for me to do a promotional shoot before my paid appointment?

Sorry, we do not offer any advanced dates for free promotional shoots.


Are pets allowed?

Well behaved, leashed pets are always welcome! Complimentary doggie bags will be provided at the entrance.


What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you would like to cancel or reschedule, please do so via the link in your confirmation email. There is no penalty for cancellations or no-shows. There is no need to notify us of a canceled or rescheduled appointment.


Can I pre-Pay for my appointment?

Sorry, we only accept payment when you arrive on the day of your appointment. We accept card or cash.


I’m not a professional photographer. Is there a fee for taking pictures of my own family with my own camera?

There is no fee to bring your own camera to take photos of your own family. If you visit us during the Pumpkin Patch, each person in your family age 2+ will be required to pay the entry fee. If you visit us during Christmas Season, we ask that you support our small business by making a purchase of some kind during your stay. Props are not allowed for those who did not schedule a professional photographer appointment.
